Funding
Funding is available for the Brush curriculum, resources, and training by the Delta Dental Foundation.
If you are located in Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio and are interested in funding from the Delta Dental Foundation to cover the cost of Brush curriculum, resources, and training please complete the following steps:
For Brush children’s curriculum, resources, and training:
Complete the Budget Requirement Request for Grant Funded Brush Children’s Kits (Budget Request)– this will help determine the amount of curriculum, resources, training, and funding needed.
Submit the completed Budget Request to info@brushdental.org. A Brush Team member will reach out to you to discuss your request.
The Brush Team will submit your request to the Delta Dental Foundation for approval.
If approved, you will be notified by a Brush Team member via email. You will need to respond to the email to accept the award and schedule your training and resource shipment.
