Live: Oral Health Teacher Training for Children with Special Needs
Oral Health Training for Children with Special Needs
A live two-hour training is available for educators and early interventionists. Children with special needs have the highest rate of dental decay, which can affect their ability to succeed in therapies, communicate, and can lead to systemic infection. However, many parents have never been taught how to care for their child’s teeth and mouth and how to overcome the barriers to good oral health their child may face.
Live training may be conducted at sites within 150 miles from our Center. Travel and expenses should be discussed prior to scheduling. Please call (888) 240-7268 or email to discuss availability and planning.
